Works great, only selling as I upgraded. Cpu is delidded and a copper ihs is included. I can leave ihs not attached or apply rtv sealant to make ihs stay if desired. It was delidded to provide direct die cooling only overclock applied was 4.7ghz.
Cpu is great for a gaming or workstation build.

3770k is de-lidded and IHS was reinstalled with thermal grizzly liquid metal with fresh thermal paste. (Good overclocking cpu)

Asus Maximus v gene micro atx motherboard 

(pretty high end board for the time) it has debugging capabilities and decoding screen where it will show any problem codes (pretty handy!).

16gb (2x8gb) of Patriot 1600mhz ram cl10 if you want 32gb I have another matching 16gb set I can throw in for $50. Let me know ahead of time so I can adjust price.
