EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SC GAMING ACX 2.0 that originally was working perfectly, normal temps, plays games. But then suddenly stopped working after a while in a budget system. Now, it doesn't give any video and doesn't allow the system to boot. Unsure of the issue and not sure how to fix.
