I had built this for myself but no longer need it.
the GPU is used but never been a miner or overclocked.
Everything works awesome, I only tested a little CS:GO and maxed out setting on my 1440 monitor. It wasn't bothered at all.
I trimmed windows of the things you would not want and installed some of the usual software like steam.
Updated bios
Added a Fan on Top with a Handle. 
I repainted the case.. it isn't perfect, and there's a couple minor scuffs on the front panel, should be able to see in the pictures.
