This is a brand new build with all new parts, the only exception is the gpu. It was professionally disassembled, cleaned, and PPTM7950 applied along with fresh thermal pads. It was then stress tested and confirmed performing great. This was the gpu in my personal pc. I bought this new shortly after it was released. I will be including receipts and boxes in case you have any issues and will be able to claim the manufacturers warranty. (the front glass is included it just reflects the light no matter how I take the picture) The pc will be shipped dry. You will need to fill with fluid before you start the pc. I will be including your first fluid change and everything you need to complete it minus a gallon of distilled water which you will need to pick up (less than $2 at any store). I will be including a video on how to fill the pc. The only thing you will have to supply is your own desk, monitor, and gpu/monitor cable.
