Very high quality RAM, especially for x3D AMD processors that are much less sensitive to higher ram-timings

CL36 memory is functionally identical to cl30 or 6400mt/s

In other words, if you’re building an AMD Ryzen rig with an x3D cpu, you’ll be able to get away with running slower ram with no performance impact.

Non 3D chips rely more heavily on tighter, faster ram timings and higher spec memory.
