**This motherboard powers on but does not POST in a working environment. When we powered this motherboard on, the CPU debug LED shines for a moment, moves on to the VGA & BOOT LEDs, then the Debug LED array stops shining but the system does not display. The CPU gets warm and all of the fans spin. No further testing was done after the CMOS was cleared with no changes in behavior. This was tested with an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 2x4 GB DDR4-2400MHz, an AMD Radeon HD 7450 in both PCIe slots, and a Seasonic GX-650 650W PSU. Comes as pictured.**
