Please note that this product may be slightly defective/incompatible with certain software/other components. While using this product, overtime I noticed the following glitches:

• The RGB lighting doesn't always turn on at startup if the mouse is plugged in. Unplugging it, flipping to wireless/Bluetooth mode and back, and plugging it back in fixes this issue.
• Sometimes the cursor won't move on screen, but the mouse is still working -- upon clicking, the cursor will jump to where ever it should've moved to. The cursor will freeze again unless it's constantly in motion. A reset typically fixes this issue.
• On startup, the sensitivity will have randomly increased/decreased, but the actual value will be unchanged upon inspecting the settings. I never found a fix for this -- my only solution was to manually increase/decrease the sensitivity value to compensate.

I was unable to replicate these issues with a different computer, hence why I'm not 100% certain these were issues with the mouse itself. However, I haven't noticed these issues on my PC since switching back to my old mouse, so I've further lowered the price to account for the possibility of any defects.
