I’m currently on my fourth play through of Game of Thrones so please forgive the title, but PC Lab LLC dropped another showy white build for us and per usual it’s absolutely beautiful. This Ryzen 7 5800X and RTX 4070 build is not only one of the best looking gaming PCs on Jawa right now, but it’s also one of the cheapest RTX 4070 prebuilts on the internet. - Thermalright Aqua Elite AIO - I’ve never seen this out in the wild before, but this all-in-one liquid cooler is gorgeous and surprisingly it’s not that expensive. It’ll certainly keep the 5800X cool enough for overclocking and those CPU intensive workloads, but the aesthetics of this AIO are on a whole new level. I love the design right on the CPU block, and it honestly fits the snowy theme perfectly.
- Zalman P30 Case - This case is rocking a beautiful design and it also has a unique IO setup on the side PSU basement instead of the front panel. These fish tank looking cases are definitely becoming the META as we go into 2024, so whoever buys this PC will certainly have a PC that’s with the times because of this case.
- CPU and GPU Combo - The Ryzen 7 5800X and RTX 4070 offer not just a ton of 1440p gaming power, but this PC can function as a workhorse as well. The Ryzen 7 will be able to chew through those compile workloads, video editing timelines, and whatever else you throw at it without an issue. This build also gets you on the latest Nvidia 4000 series technology such as DLSS 3 and AV1 encoding.
Price to Performance Value
I was shocked to see the price of this gaming PC prebuilt, because it’s actually competing as one of the most affordable RTX 4070 builds on Jawa right now. Compared to the bigger manufacturers you’ll be saving hundreds of dollars here, but even against our competitive Jawa sellers this is still a top tier build in terms of price to performance value.
First Upgrades
Nothing in this build is in dire need of an upgrade, but you will have some easy options whenever the time comes. First, the 1TB of storage will probably need to be upgraded with a second NVMe SSD if you plan on having a bigger game library. 2TB drives are becoming the standard more and more right now. This is also a pretty expensive build to still be on DDR4, so eventually you’ll want to upgrade the motherboard and RAM to get on the latest DDR platform.
