Starting 9/12/23, we're making an adjustment to our platform fee. For all new sellers joining us, the platform fee will be set at 9%. However, we have some good news for our existing sellers who have been with us before this date - you'll continue to enjoy the 6% rate you're familiar with.
Additionally, please keep in mind that we still apply a 3% payment processing fee on top of the platform fee, which we pass directly to our payment processor.
We truly value your role as sellers on Jawa. You are the cornerstone of our marketplace, and your success is essential to ours. With this change, we aim to strike a balance between supporting our existing sellers and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our business.
It's important to remember that the fees we collect from transactions play a crucial role. They enable us to combat fraud, handle chargebacks on your behalf, provide top-notch customer service, maintain our website, compensate our hardworking team, and invest in marketing efforts to help our sellers expand their businesses.
