RTX3000 series and RX6000 series run well with the Riser at Pciex4 
however, I noticed RTX4000 and RX7000 run at Pciex3, it seems to be due to the Riser version

-I have added 2 140mm slim fans (one broke during installation)

 I still have the 2 original 140mm FAT fans that came with the case, they are very noisy and the current GPU won't fit with the FAT fans installed, but if you want them I could include both.

The HTPC runs very quiet, we tried on a 4k TV using 1440p resolution at 60hz.
