This laptop has been used for a few years now and I got the laptop from my dad's aunt then a month later then it started to have serious issues other than the physical laptop itself
- missing back piece screw hole
- missing screws (prev owner missing screws)
- missing bezel
- missing keys 
- laptop decided to artifact after bootup since mid-February

The laptop needs some work before it's totally usable! 

The laptop is missing screws and the rubber feet for the bottom.

I did install Windows 11 Pro to test the OS. Decided to leave it installed just in case the buyer might want to try and use that - however, it likely may not activate. This has a Windows 10 for Education sticker on the bottom. 

The screen, keyboard, and battery, all work. 

The laptop was received without a hard drive.

Level 4 difficulty for repair! 
I rate this a 4 because it needs screws, rubber feet, and proper Windows 10 or 11 installs. I can't say which version without spending a lot of time that I don't have - however, I can safely say this passed basic diagnostics.
