The laptop is in decent shape for its age. 

The laptop has the following issues:
- No Screws on bottom 
- No 2.5" HDD / SSD 
- No OS installed
- No charger
- Plastic bit was broken (looks like the previous repair shop removed the bottom cover without removing the optical drive, so it broke this part - I taped it back in place)

The laptop needs some work before it's totally usable! 

The laptop is missing screws and the rubber feet for the bottom.

I did install Windows 11 Pro to test the OS. Decided to leave it installed just in case the buyer might want to try and use that - however, it likely may not activate. This has a Windows 10 for Education sticker on the bottom. 

The screen, keyboard, and battery, all work. 

The laptop was received without a hard drive.

Level 4 difficulty for repair! 
I rate this a 4 because it needs screws, rubber feet, and proper Windows 10 or 11 installs. I can't say which version without spending a lot of time that I don't have - however, I can safely say this passed basic diagnostics.

This laptop has been used for a few years now and I got the laptop from my dad's aunt then a month later then it started to have serious issues other than the physical laptop itself
- missing back piece screw hole
- missing screws (prev owner missing screws)
- missing bezel

I think I got all the main specs in the title. It is currently running Windows 10. For IO it has 3x USB 3.0 type A, 1x Thunderbolt 3, 1x HDMI, 1x Mini DP, Ethernet, SD card slot and headset jacks. Keyboard is backlit and has 4 customizable lighting zones and feels amazing. This is a very good laptop. It is easily upgradeable and I have even added an extra 16GB of RAM from the base model and the storage is easily accessible as well to upgrade if needed. It is a very fast computer and easily keeps up in all modern games that I have played. I used it for my computer science degree and had no problems with working on it as well so it makes a great work/play combo. Only issue I have noticed is it gets pretty hot when gaming. I am including my laptop cooler that I used for this reason at no extra charge since I no longer will have a use for it. I am also including the travel bag I used as well for the same reason. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions about it. I have kept very good care of this machine treating it like my baby. You'll be hard pressed to find any markings of wear and tear and certainly none affecting the machine's use. I think you'll be very satisfied with this laptop.
