Managing Your Listings
If you are going to be away for a longer period of time and you have listings available that you would not be able to fulfill in a timely manner, you may set your profile to “Vacation Mode” so then your listings are not available on the site until you come back. Enable Vacation Mode by clicking on Settings > Vacation Hold. Select a date range you wish your listings to be hidden for and click “Submit Hold”. If you wish to remove Vacation Mode sooner, you may click on “Cancel Hold” to make all of your listings visible again.
How do I move a listing from “drafts” to “active”?
Go to the My Products page found under the main menu. To see your listings that are currently saved as drafts, click the “DRAFTS” heading under the Product List.
Find the listing you want to activate, and click “EDIT DRAFT” in the action column. Check over all the information and make any necessary changes. Then click “PUBLISH NOW” at the bottom of the page. Your listing is now live on the Jawa marketplace and can be found under your active listings. Happy selling!
How do I delete a listing?
Go to the My Products page found under the main menu. Find the listing you want to delete in the Product List. Click the three dots in the “OTHER” column on the far right, and select “Delete.”
Where do I find messages about my listings?
Go to the My Products page found under the main menu. Select the “ACTIVE” heading under the Product List. Any messages for your products will appear in the “ACTION” column.
What happens when someone buys my item?
When someone buys your product, you will get an email from Jawa. You then have 3 business days to ship the product to the buyer.

How do I contact the buyer of my item?
You can contact the buyer of your item by clicking on “My Listings” > “Sold” tab > “Message Buyer” to contact the buyer of the item.
