Making Changes to Your Account

How do I change my username or password?

First, make sure you are signed into your Jawa account.

Select “Settings” from the main menu found at the top right of the site. Click on “Account” in the menu on the left. From there, you can change your username or password. Make sure to click “SAVE” before navigating away from the page.

How do I change my payment method?

First, make sure you are signed into your Jawa account.

Select “Settings” from the main menu found at the top right of the site. Click on “Shipping & payment” in the menu on the left. From there, you can add or change your credit card information. Make sure to click “SAVE” before navigating away from the page.

How do I change my shipping address?

First, make sure you are signed into your Jawa account.

Select “Settings” from the main menu found at the top right of the site. Click on “Shipping & payment” in the menu on the left. From there, you can add or change your shipping address. Make sure to click “SAVE” before navigating away from the page.
