I don’t know what it is about the Fractal Design Meshify series of cases, but for whatever reason they always look good, despite being “old”. Inside this timeless case is the Titanium Build from TechSide and they packed a Ryzen 9 7900X3D and an RTX 4070 in there. This gaming PC prebuilt also got featured as a “Community Favorite” this week, so we’re all on the same page with this one. Let’s take a closer look.
Favorite Features:
- Meshify 2 Nano - This case doesn’t care about the latest fish tank or wood grain trends. Instead, it focuses on providing the cleanest possible “traditional” look and the all-black design looks incredible. This is an ITX case that’s not quite at the “Small Form Factor” level, but it’s still a small footprint that looks great on top of the desk. Bonus points are awarded when it’s filled with all black/dark components, which it is. More on that later.
- CPU and GPU - This type of combination is mostly geared towards gamers that also need to get some productivity work done. The 7900X3D is up there as one of the fastest gaming CPUs on the planet right now, but it also has more cores and threads from the very top gaming option which is the 7800X3D. The RTX 4070 is of course a beast in 1440p gaming and will be able to handle any game you throw at it without a problem.
- Additional Parts - All of the choices inside this gaming PC prebuilt are top notch and also customized to fit the build’s aesthetics perfectly. The seller is clearly going for this gun metal style of look, and they went above and beyond with the cable extension and AIO choices, along with custom painting the RAM so it matches perfectly. The more you look inside here, the more appreciation you’ll have for the level of detail.
Price to Performance Value:
In terms of value for an RTX 4070 build, this prebuilt is priced a bit higher than the lowest options. But that’s not the reason it’s getting featured. Instead, this PC is packing way more CPU processing power compared to the competition, as well as the extra level of detail in the additional parts. Collectively, the value is pretty amazing in that regard.
First Upgrades:
Like most builds that get featured on this newsletter, there’s no obvious hole or weak point that needs to be addressed. It has 32GB of RAM, a 1TB SSD, and enough cooling to last through the next upgrade. This PC is sitting comfortably where it’s at, and I wouldn’t worry about having to make a quick upgrade on it.
Conclusion
The Jawa community knows how to find them because this is yet another impressive Community Favorite win. I personally love how much time and detail went into crafting this build, and I love to see the community appreciating it as well. If you’re in the market for a 1440p prebuilt PC that can do both gaming and high-core productivity type of work, this is the one to consider.
